Many thanks, TCW -- great information. In particular, the possible "bubble" is worrisome. I am standing clear for now, but will watch for a possible tax-selling dip to a level which really ignores their cash.

Does anyone know what date (in December, I presume) is the average nadir for tax-selling issues? I have seen 12/15 mentioned.

Overdependence on one customer was the problem according to the article in
mercurycenter.com
Nortel said that it will be using other suppliers like HWP and powerwave besides SPCT.
The analyst from Morgan Stanley, et al(underwrote last August stock offering) is Alkesh Shah.
