I don't understand your reply. I'll try to type slower for you. <g> Each additional member of a society uses additional resources. There is a societal cost of allocating or reallocating resources for the benefit of each additional person. IMHO it is not my responsibility to pay the cost of my neighbor's twelve children. In a more perfect society costs would be assessed upon the party who incurred them. The technology certainly exists to much more closely track activities that incur costs.
