It doesn't matter when the reconciliation bill is written. According the Senate parliamentarian, the Senate cannot pass reconciliation until AFTER the bill it modifies has been passed, which means the House must pass on the Senate bill on a promise that the Senate will pass reconciliation later. As Bart Stupak said today, "later" never arrives. I repeat, wanna bet? You mistake political fear mongering with reality. You aren't listening then.
