Paul,

re--The 233 MHz and 200 MHz versions were introduced around September 8 of this year and can be found in notebook computers already on the shelves of computer stores and in various mail order catalogs - PC Connection, Tiger Direct, DELL, etc.

Sorry, my mistake I got a little carried away rambling off processors when responding to Stockspam, I should have just mentioned Merced. Are the 200 & 233MHZ Tillamook .35 or .25 processors? In your opinion will the mobile K6 be a viable competetor in this market? Also, Why would AMD create an on chip L2 cache for the K6+ instead of a large L1 cache like the Pentium Pro? Is it easier to manufacture or offer greater performance.

Thanks in advance,

David A.
