I've read 1000s of horror stories about cadaian health care, most end up in the US for treatment

I doubt this is true, but even if it is it's more an indication of the extreme ignorance of many Canadians than it is about the quality of health care at the top of the spectrum in both countries.

There is no doubt at all that at the top, the best health care in the world is available in the US by a absolutely massive margin.

The issue is that some people probably have too much health care (given what the nation can afford) and others don't have enough.
