To buy at a discount is to accept the commitment to stay with the fund until it sells at a premium, which will eventually happen when the psychology changes. A few years ago Asian funds were selling at thirty percent premiums. When the US market tops out (and we are close IMHO), and money switches to foreign investment, this will happen. Im not saying it will happen right away but it will in time.

Where is the information that you heard about taxation in Chile?

Anyone trying shorting WEBS and buying closed end when big discount or vice versus on Premiums??
