Bob,

Nobody shorts a stock thinking it will go up. Finding the final down is a lot harder than most people think. I generally think even a high flier like YHOO won't go up more than 700% and often less than that. That sounds arbitrary, but I understand that some analysts (?) use it when analyzing small cap markets for speculative excess.

That small float won't last forever.
