Joe,
Let's just think about this for a second. We got $9,000,000 for just
the distribution rights to one of our products with the 55,000 W.H.
Smith's outlets. We still own CardCall and we still can distribute
other products (like pre-paid cellular) with W.H. Smith. If that's
what this distribution network is worth for one product, then imagine
what CardCall alone must be worth--- let alone our other divisions
with their corresponding global networks.
This NINE MILLION DOLLAR deal is more than three times our total 1997
fiscal year's revenues and nearly three times just last quarter's
revenues. Somebody has got to sit up and take notice now!
