<IT is not a trick. I explained objective to you and I explained it was not ABSOLUTE. It is merely OBJECTIVE. I can help you to understand that if you wish? Let me know?>

It's like "Custer's last stand"... he loves going to his "moral relativism" bag when all else fails. BUT, he doesn't understand THAT either.

That's actually what makes him certifiable... he thinks moral relativism (or any other relativism) is "elsewhere" and separate from him and presumably his religion. In other words:

"look at all this moral relativism YOU are involved with and swallowed up by" - as if he and his church are somehow miraculously immune and able to judge.

Jesus warned about those types too. -ggg-

I'm really getting tired of your childishness.

"Who do you think is buried in Grant's tomb"

CASE CLOSED--LOL!!

You're right! the case is closed; your question was stupid and circular just like "Who is buried in Grant's tomb". LOL!!

<<<"Simply calling your subjective values, objective is a nice trick though.">>>

"IT is not a trick."

If you say so. It is very clearly a subjectively derived objective however.

"Human values are HUMAN VALUES. How "objective" they are depends upon the impartiality and the rationality of the person making the judgment!!"

No. "VALUES" are by definition completely subjective, which is what I have been saying all along. No ONE is impartial and no ONE is completely rational. This makes your sliding scale of objectivity completely subjective.

"Human values are a set of emotional rules people follow to help make the right decisions in life." en.wikipedia.org

.........................................

"Why not take up Christianity and go to Sunday School??"

Why not take your own advise?? Your rants and raves are not even up to the level of Sunday School.

you are the one who ignored that point and changed the subject to force.

"You are a LIAR! I addressed the fact that Rand referenced the "is to ought". You are just too dumb to get it!"

One can always tell when Solon has been exposed. Guess how?

<<<Wow! I guess we can throw away all our laws and jails now and and just skip lightly away into your atheist utopia.>>>

"Your response (above) was to this:

"if you try to IMPOSE your morality on me (unless you have the backing of our legal system) I will certainly retaliate"

LOL!! HARDLY! Anyone with a modicum of reading comprehension skills would see that I was obviously responding to this Rodney King like statement:

if your values were reasonable and rightful I would not need to be forced to them."

Why can't we all just be reasonable???? The endarkenment Utopia hasn't worked out quite the way we were told it would: has it?
