Despite some of what you hear, a solid, productive populace. Actually, there are a lot of great things about this area, but I don't think you can make the generalization that the populace is productive. It's infested with union-committed sloths who want something for nothing, and there are plenty of other people who don't give a shit. My sister-in-law just came over and said the clerk in the drugstore (male) was reading a Cosmo magazine for a few minutes before she said "excuse me, I need to fill a script." He replied, "I'm not on the clock for two more minutes." If I were his boss, I would have warned him that another similar episode would result in his ass being fired on the spot.
