We are still not at the point to see: What are the effects, counter effects, ripple effects?

You are jumping to conclusions way too early. Please remember:

1) It is not cyclical is structural
2) The unavoidable is called unavoidable because it cannot be avoided.

The progress of manking will not do 90º corners. First slows down, then slowly turn into another direction. Inexorably moving ahead.

Yes it does sudden jolts like a tectonic plate. The more the jolts is delayed the higher it ends up being in the Richter scale.

What is natural is natural. If inflate, the tendency is to return to that natural state. Case in point: natural size.

Japan will continue its return to its insignificance. No change there.

How we say "atolado até o pescoço em debito", well the debts reaching the neck, are there and will not vanish.

"Brazil to pay a big price", again? "Brazil is caught in the middle with a free floating currency and pays the price by excessive valuation."

I don't think that whatever happens we will pay the price. As I replied to that:

When I said: "Bring it on!"I was not joking. I have mentioned several times here: That Brazil is ahead with sanitized banks in 1995

China violate Elmat's rule: no hogging. Hogging manufacturing. Hoggers always the price of hogging.

Manufacturing -as capital- must be spread more evenly. There are 3.000 Brazilians in China teaching the to take cow skins and tranform in shoes and car seats.

Marcopolo moved there to make buses. China leveraging cheap manpower to a point where it no longer will make economic sense. That is the point hogging comes hunting them.
