Bearcat; like put in place a graduated tax increase Great idea - I love it, now get republicans to not filibuster a new tax. Best of luck with that. - especially when it is billions we do not have - something you sometimes care about. What we do have is a lot of unemployed people and I would rather put them to work building something for America rather than sitting home collecting welfare or unemployment insurance checks. You are absolutely correct though that if people don't use it it is a waste of money. The new literail that I ride occasionally in the Seattle area is fantastic! I mean it is truly fantastic. Instead of sitting in traffic sucking fumes you get fast travel times with none of the headaches. BUT it is just a start and the reason I don't use it more often is that it doesn't come far enough south - it needs to be extended. User friendly is a must!
