MPS,

I would think that DCI will be able to move the stock within 6 months but in the meantime they should be able to borrow on it to the tune of about 60%

Best Regards

Hello Martin,

My reading of the 8-K is that we are not allowed to compete
in the UK through WH Smith outlets in the PREPAID CALLING CARD
business. The cellular phone is not a prepaid calling card
nor is it in that domain. We are still able to sell prepaid
phonecards in the UK, just not through WH Smith or any
liscensee thereof.

As to the price of the deal, we got 1 million in cash plus
8 million in SMTK stock. Can that stock be leverage? NO
KIDDING! We can sell it or borrow against it, etc.

I am having trouble understanding what you are questioning
or if you are actually questioning anything at all. We are
all looking for answers to the many questions that this or
any other deal would bring. I hope this of help....
