CSCO sales growth rate: 30% annually, earned: 0.59;
ASND sales growth rate: 46% (expected, rumored, etc.), earned: 0.20;
so what's the fair price for ASND? Anyone checking this dog's stochastics? It's almost 0!

A tale of two stocks - CSCO and ASND

It was the best of days, it was the worst of days

On the throne of LAN sat one stock with a current year
PE of 40+ and a PS of 9.

On the throne of RAS sat another stock with a current year PE of
23 and a PS of 4.5.

The king of LAN had revenue sales growth the past 4 quarters
of 10.9%, 3.5%, 6.7% and 5.9% for an annual growth of 30.2%

The king of RAS has revenue sales growth the past 3 quarters
(counting Q4) of 11.1%, -13.2% and +10% and a projected annual
growth of 46%

The king of LAN announced a 3 for 2 stock split.

The king of RAS with half the PE and PS, and higher sequential
growth going forward declined to another new low.

What the Dickens is going on?

While I wait for the details of a merger deal to be announced, I could live without a
test of the low $20 range. <G>

I still believe, though, that we are looking at about 8 times sales, or $48ish, as an
acquisition price. My concern, as stated earlier tonight, is that if ASND were to fall
further (farther?), the acquirer might want to renegotiate this assumed baseline.

First! This is the last time I type ($20). And there is a big difference at that number and the 24's.

I personally can't see it?

I'm pretty sure I'm looking at the bottom.

I'm buying more today.
