That's not a poll of likely voters....and they are the ones who count.

Personally, I hope the Dems ram it through.....it will all but assure the return of a chastened GOP to power.

So 46% thought Congress should pass the bill but only 36% thought the bill itself was a "good idea."

Amazing how many people think bad legislation is better than no legislation at all. Simply amazing.
