Hi JP, I know it is a non-cash item like depreciation, I wuz just tryin to eggsplain it clearer(G). As to "po", it is what the Raiders have every Sunday BEFORE kickoff.......the potential to win the game....like the Cowboyz used to have(G). I like NO Goodwill on a balance sheet as they are assets that are not really there IMO.....(G) Lou

To ALL: Anyone figure out when the closing date is? The only mention of a date is 03/30/98 when Smartalk has to start thinking 'bout filing s-3. I would imagine that until this closes, any thoughts of us being bought out go on hold. Actually, this is a NICE start to being bought out in a way! Had anyone done any NPV(net present value) analysis on what these distribution rights are worth. The 8k mentions a "gain" of $3.3 mil but I don't understand how that number is derived. Strange trading day just as this comes to light! Good luck all. VI
