Yes, I've heard that variant, too. We'll have to see.

The original point was whether this is constitutional, which it seems to be. If it is so distasteful, then the House should change their rules so that neither side can use it. I have a feeling that both sides like such a 'tool' in their arsenal, will use it when they can, and accuse the other side of trickery when it is used against them.
