colin & all:
don't see anything great about this deal. dci loses ability to
do biz in the uk. no revenues or earnings from its projected
money maker subsid. hope that dci can sell that SMTK stock soon.
i see the smtk price going down not up. from the stewart rpt:
"smtk posted revenues of 11.8 mil in the june 1/4, is losing money,
and has 27 mil in long-term debt. hungry, languishing, and in the
red, SmarTalk this week announced yet another offering -- this time
hoping to raise an additional 100 million!" wish you guys all the
luck..deal does not look good to me + SMTK is overpriced. wouldnt
be surprised to see SMTK at $10 or less in 6 mos.

Hi Colin,

SMTK does have an interesting chart and is up today. We shall
see....I don't want to sell our SMTK, but borrowing is a great
possibility. If the shares are restricted, that still doesn't
mean you can't short them against the box.....just the thots of
a ramblin man.......
