Well, you at least do seem to recognize that it is behavior that changed rather than FED interest rates. Thats good. It was my point precisely. Yet you will find plenty of people who claim the housing bubble was caused by low FED rates. No it was not. It was caused by behavior in the loan industry, of investors buying the MBS, and those buying houses. The FED rates are still low, but all those behaviors have now changed.
