Why bother to pay, if everyone is in good health? Go naked, pay the fine (< $750/year). If something major comes up get coverage then. Good way to manage cash flow in that setting...and under the old system you'd be lucky to get coverage at all, ever, if anyone had a problem.

So since everyone will have health insurance then are they going to do away with the sham of non for profit tax benefits for hospitals?

Cleveland Clinic gets those benefits for treating the uninsured. They pay ZERO taxes.
