Ronald, it's a long answer to your question... somewhere in the thread is the long version. the short version was one day the Holy Spirit asked me that question "Could you die right now"... I said honestly , that I could not die, but, I wanted to.... that is all I needed to say.. The next day the Holy Spirit gave me the ability to say " I could Die for the Word"...God gave it to me.I didn't do anything to earn it.. Hopefully the readers will look past what I'm saying about myself and more on how I was able to obtain this gift.

More important than the question of whether I would die for Jesus is the question of whether HE would die for me! The answer to that question is YES!! HE DID. Should I put my confidence in MY ability to be faithful or in JESUS. I'm not going to boast about my doing something that I have not done. Rather, I will boast about what God has done for me. Ron, you cannot judge the faith that I or anyone else has in our Lord. He is the authority. If you believe it, live it every day. I could be called on to give my life today -- but if I did meet that test, it would be done and over with. If I must live many more days there is much to do everyday. Your challenges seem to stem from some superiority complex. Say it isn't true. What are the fruits of the Spirit? I don't find dissension, boasting, etc. there. I don't have all the answers, but I know WHO does and we can all learn from one another -- if we are walking in love. Are you here to benefit others?
