So it's insurance? Name another "company" in the insurance world that is allowed to function absent reserves for future contingencies.....Many in congress would be in jail if they were held to any reasonable financial constraint....the idea that these clowns are attempting to regulate our banking system is laughable & sickening.

Oh bummer! FICA is a tax not an insurance program. Are you saying if you have no income you don't have to buy bamahcare?
Dumasrats may have made a miscalculation thinking they could pass bamahcare now and the value added tax to pay for it later. Value added tax for bamahcare would be constitutional. Would have to admit it isn't deficit neutral though. Not sure they were willing to admit the truth. Whole reason given was to cut their huge coming deficit. Nearing or at deficit equals 100% of GDP. If that matters?

Don't worry! Be happy!
