Socialist Cris the Queen of Indian graft and the corrupt Socialist legislators of Wa state who wantonly overturn voter initiatives so they can get their grimy hands on more tax dollars because they can't control themselves, apply for a waiver?

You've got to be joking!

I am sure Mckenna has deep respect for your legal mind Kenneth. Everyone else seems to feel you are a mental giant.

"The statute is not unconstitutional if if is construed and applied to make it constitutional.

The above is another most incoherent and functionally inarticulate statement from Kenneth. Isn't he adorable. His legal mind is like a steel trap! I think he missed his calling. He could have been a portfolio manager for Madoff! Maybe he could have been a script writer for a Disney cartoon. A full length feature called Mickey, Goofy and Pluto go to the Whitehouse!

Just another entry from his "Legally Bald" episodes.
