If you believe Cityscape will be a going concern, and can get past the potentially devastating dilution issues, then CTYS is a bargain now. I believe they can get past these issues, with the help of Bear Sterns, BUT if something is unearthed (e.g. fraudulent financial reporting) that raises strong doubts about Cityscape as a going concern, all bets are off! It may be wise to wait until many of these issues are resolved before investing anything here, unless you like to gamble!
