Those EPA regs only apply if your state decides to accept them. I would check your local statutes or contact your Attorney General's office.

Checked into this. We are required to take an 8 hour course at a cost of $225 per person (only one of us is going to take the course) and $275 for our corporate entity for a grand total of $500. Nice new (and hidden) tax scheme eh?
