I think it's much more flavorful. I think lobster is over rated in fact. King crab has a much greater flavor profile. My seafood sandwich is a take from a lobster club. I can promise you any person with taste buds would pick the king over lobster in this sandwich.

I happen to think King Crab is better than lobster. No no no no NO!!!! Better than tasteless rock lobster, or bloated tank lobsters maybe. But nothing beats coming off the beach and picking up some freshly trapped Maine lobsters - served with little tubs of butter & vinegar for dipping. Mmmmmm. Add a side of steamers .. heaven. (And best enjoyed after the first week of July when the lobsters are soft-shelled.) IMHO of course! <g>
