ObamaCare is financed in part by forcing healthy, uninsured citizens to buy health insurance. Obama even claims that the deficit will be reduced as a result.

You keep bringing this point up but you seem to fail to realize this is where some of the biggest problems are. The so call "healthy, uninsured" are the ones who get into big trouble and then file BK. Accidents, unexpected illness, unwanted pregnancies, sick children......and yet they've making no premium payments. Who do you think picks up the tab?

Apparently the idea is that instead of IRS agents you have some other type of federal agent enforce it.

Of course if they enforce it weakly/softly than many won't pay, and if they enforce it with vigor its essentially the same as having the IRS enforce it.
