If you've been following this thread LOL I could do that for you, but why don't you give it a shot first. Perhaps I'm using the wrong search arguments but I can't find it. I would think that anyone asserting that the GOP and conservative D's "blocked the real cost cutting measures" should be able to come up with a couple off the top of the head. The two I know of are scaling back the cadillac policy tax and non-passage of drug reimportation. And the fault for those falls squarely on the D's.
