Only a liberal Democrat would think canceling previously announced lease sales (in VA, the Chukchi and Beaufort seas), delaying the 2010-2015 leasing plan to 2012-2017, and closing most of the OCS that Congress opened up in 2008 is a positive move.

I find it utterly remarkable that the GOP simply can't bring themselves to say Obama did good, full stop.

Yeah something systemic has gone terribly wrong with our governing functions. It's totally dysfunctional. And as a result we're getting into deeper and deeper shit.
