The opportunity to dump this dog is here -- 7 11/16 today.

More bad news on the accounting error ahead...

1. Do you think they will be closer to the worst side of the range
or closer to the lower estimate ? I think the former.
2. There will be some firings. President CEO Gary Johnson
will be " exited."
3. There will be the proverbial lawsuits.
4. The S.E.C. will initiate investigation - whatever that means.
5. They will lose more forward design ins to 3DFx, Rendition,
other newer upstarts.
6. The Asia inventory, assuming it was actually shipped, will
be written down.
The Distributors have S3's number and they will go for the jugular.
7. The Company will continue to slip on new products as
good people flee due to the SIII stock price implosion.
All options are under water.
8. Data will show that management sold out their stock options
prior to making these revelations over the past 6 - 8 months.
This has been brewing for some time. It was open secret
inside the Company that they doctored the results.
