Rebuttle appreciated, Thanks.

"Anyway it seems that you are arguing simply for the sake of argument on the
government issue. First you want a mandate then you fear it won't include the use of
ozone tx. "

Let me clarify, as I was not arguing for arguments sake. If you have scattered bodies of authority of food processing related issues, you have a better chance of approaching a sympathetic one to your cause, and having them back your new Ozone approach. However, a large central unified body that's currently being proposed is much less approachable by the small new kid on the block, and is usually swayed by large corporate lobbies already entrenched on this issue. The overall fact that more government attention is being paid this issue is good for OZON, but the agency unification movement may hurt them.

As for venting any bitterness for my higher point of entry on OZON, I can only say that I reassess my investments on their worthyness every day, and what I paid, or emotions, have little to do with it. I'm human, but have been doing this too long not to have learned better.

A CounterPoint on your basic assumption

"I mean these micro-organisms simply die when exposed to O3 used in the proper
fashion. It works! But all the machinery needs to be specifically designed for each
application. End of discussion."

From a laymens standpoint, I don't agree with this statement. I can understand how Radiation or even MicroWaves can penetrate a food product and destory micro-organism's within. But I fail to see how this kind of substance penetration is possible by simply using Ozone enriched water (I'm not question 0-3's abilities, but it's application potential). Therefore, unless someone explains this to me otherwise, I can only invision limited or complimentary applications of Ozone based food cleaning.
