"who ever said congress retires on full pay ??" I guess you thought you spied an escape hatch. I never claimed you or any single individual here had posted all of those myths. They are pretty common, I've gotten emails from some of my Fox viewing relatives that have included one or all of these at one point or another. In particular, the idea that Congress had exempted themselves and their aides from the HCR provisions was posted here just recently. Jim was alluding to it when he said he wished he could get the same healthcare deal as Congress.
