Yes, he's my President, but I don't goose step to the party like you do. There are some things I agree with Obama on and some I don't.

Truth be told is that the Dems would probably go for a carbon tax, if they thought they could get it. A carbon tax is a solution that's further to the left than Cap and Trade. C&T is attempting to mimic a free trading market to establish carbon pricing, with a scale down to establish the hidden tax. It's all a giant obfuscation mechanism for taxing carbon. The reason is that Americans don't like to be taxed, even when it is for their benefit.

So you missed the opportunity to call me a liberal on energy issues. I'm far more liberal on energy than Obama is. The sooner we tax carbon and the higher we tax it, the better for this country in the long run.
