It gives seniors access to basic medications and the program has consistently come in under budget. There's that word budget again. You give seniors a new benefit without accounting for its cost and the only relevance of the word "budget" is that it makes the current one worst. Keep in mind your "fiscal" criticism is pretty ridiculous given that Obama has tripled the deficits over GWB era deficits. $20-30B/year is literally chickenfeed by Obama standards. Not again...I am not going there. Gotta go. Al
