I like everyone, thinks they can predict where market or a stock is going. But, my accuracy may be only 70%. Now, if I buy a stock, say at $30x1000sh. and it goes to 27, I would rather take $3000 loss than to continue to tie up capital and have the lower end open for further loss. Lets say it goes to 21 or so and bases, then I could renter with $21x1285. Remember I bought at 30 for it to go up. the auction said it wasn't worth it.
