clappie-

i'm beginning to get caught up on my "what i did
on my vacation videos". i'm up to march 27, 2009.
here's a video (a big long one) from last year's
catamaran charter trip in st. martin. you can pretend
it was this year and it'll seem fresher.

i had a hard time getting into this vacation because i'd
just spent the winter in guatemala (much more adventuresome
and less tourista-like). and i put off the editing because
there were about 1,000 stills and 100 video clips to
wade through and edit. there are still two more days
of the trip that i haven't finished yet but i'm sure
this will be enough for you to get a feel for what a
trip like this is like,

it was a "crewed" charter with captain and first mate/cook.
you can sail if you want or you can leave the driving to the
captain. it's a nice way to relax. it's sorta like a cruise
ship, but you can choose your own daily itinerary and it
snot as crowded. i'm thinking cactus.jpg might like to try
one of these kind of trips with his fambly... no sailing
experience necessary. (don't tell his in-laws or parents
okay?)

(280 Mb windows media 40 minute video)

sailbluefrog.com

you always ask for lots of details. here they are.

don't click the link unless you're really, really interested
because it's long and it's deep and it's wide and it's tall.

that's all
