Curlton,

I understand the mechanics - Emile had explained it quite clearly.
However, the initial drop below 47 was caused by CYMI management opting out of the conference - do you think that the management is into this activity too?

Again, if this scenario is correct, most of the short interest must
have been in above 30s, and Mont (suggested perpetrator) should be covering now. I thought that was the case eround 25, but yesterday somebody stated that they seem to be on the sell side?

I am sure you and Emile understand these matters better, but we need
more information about the trading patterns before jumping to conclusions. Until some houses with real buying power start buying CYMI (or a buyback is announced), share price will stay low or improve only gradually.

Yakov

Curly, Holyman and All Other Interested Investors,

I agree that we should structure a letter to SEC and it's investigative arm with questions that have been raised today. I also feel we should send copies of our letter to Montgomery and Morgan Stanley.

Perhaps in our numbers we could gain some strength. Would anyone care to write the letter, post it here and then anyone interested could send a copy of it to the SEC, again with CC's going to the above firms. At the least it would be interesting to see the stocks response.

Curly, I honestly do not have the time to prepare a decent letter. Does anyone care to help ?

Best Regards,
Tom

Curly and others,

What a wonderful day this is... we've got probable cause on
activities of the ANALysts... AND I doubled my position today.
It's great to be a LONG and let the shorts provide such excellent
buying opportunities. Hang tight all, everything about this
company remains strong and it will be one hell of a ride up
again.
