Hi stephen: SMU needs to only do two things:
1. Get an ITS order.
2. Get another ITS order.
That would change everything!
Have a good evening!

Steve.....Sooner or later, the expectations must converge with reality. Denial only lasts so long. If our management will not recognize and satisfy the need for competent manufacturing officer(s), then we will be forced to find solace in the fact the ITS only has 9 parts.

I have been thinking about the concept of corporate "focus". SMU seems decentralized and scattered, for a small company. That is okay when you are making several kinds of relatively one-off government stuff, for which you are (in effect) the sole supplier. Not too good in 16g seats, with (allegedly) 1,800 parts, however. Hope it all works out. (Hey, my wife, my mother-in-law, and my kids, all of whom I put into the company.........they hope it all works out, too !!!) <G>
