Non-brokered private placement Starpoint Goldfields Inc STS Shares issued 10,176,910 Nov 6 close $0.20 Thu 6 Nov 97 News Release Mr Harry Bristman reports The company has arranged a non-brokered private placement for 2,000,000 units at $0.15. The units will be comprised of one share and one two year warrant exercisable at $0.15 in the first year and $0.18 in the second year. The proceeds of the $300,000 will be used for the acquisition of the Luiza concession in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
