Well I read the interesting link and will watch the video at home. I mean this really all boils down to one thing and that is, does the Constitution Presidential eligibility criteria mean that if you can't actually prove you are eligible, even though, say you are eligible, then you cannot run for the office.

In 1961, anyone, regardless of where they were born, could obtain such a certificate (CoLB) in Hawaii if they were a resident and requested a certification from the Hawaii Medical Examiner’s office. Clearly that doesn't constitute positive affirmative proof of eligibility. Thus those delivered anywhere except in the presence of a physician would not be eligible to be President. OK may not be fair for all, but that may be a necessary interpretation of the Constitution for the protection of this Country.
