I would think the chill will be on again off again as the shorts try to pass in the shares they picked up??

Buster, I spoke w/ the DTC Monday, Don Kelly informed me the 'chill' was off RMIL, YET....There is still NO INVENTORY OF RMIL CERTIFICATES, so....ANY ORDERS WILL STILL BE KICKED-BACK.....call Kelly @ 516 227 4012...better, have your broker call w/ you listening in., Pugs
