No one knows that any records were falsified at this point. I used to be an auditor and companies make accounting errors all the time. Generally, they aren't material and don't need to be corrected. In this case they are material.

Don't you agree that Gary Johnson is to blame for the fasified records and reporting to the S.E.C. ?

Everyone agrees !

Hey Tom,

You doth protest too much and thy shorts showeth.

No, not everyone agrees so don't arrogantly presume you're speaking for everyone.

Johnson is a product of incompetence, but certainly not what I'd call fraud. Nobody is that stupid to admit to a 40-70 million dollar accounting glitch. Even someone brain dead would be a little more subtle than that.

This is a case where they mistakenly sent in an 11 year old to drive an 18 wheeler across the globe. He just "ain't" got the chops. At least half the blame should go to the ones who put him there. In either case Johnson needs to resign for his own good and the good of S3. It would be the diginified thing to do.

A class action is pointless and just another reason for the damn vulture attorneys to feed. It will do the shareholders no good.

FWIW, back off on the venomous bile. It does no constructive good and is making you look bad. Do you see any light here other than "let's get 'em?" Time to appraise this for the best.

Onward,

George

I don't know. I saw mentions of a class action lawsuit. Would this type of lawsuit help us get our losses back?
I made my decisions based on the numbers they put out, and now I have no idea where S3 really is. They could be way in the red for all I know. This really S...S. They basically lied to the investors, which includes me.
NOW I KNOW WHY THIS DAM STOCK WAS DROPPING FOR NO REASON!
I think I might be interested in this lawsuit that was mentioned. Is anyone pursuing this? How can I make sure that I get the results of the winnings?
I am concerned about what the reaction will be once the actual number get changed, and investors software applications react to them.
