why paulson is involved... is the rub. which is to say.......... it wasn't just that one vehicle. so sec chose the wrong fucking deal to charge them with. that's the fuck up. and if so, that's the answer as to why the doubt of success. moron lawyers at sec were told, find something, and they picked the wrong fricken one. now its a he said, she said episode of wide world of sports. paulson shouldn't even be apart of any action that directly questions their behavior. talk about filing charges and creating clouds at the same time. something is fucking wrong with this picture... as always. note to self: go long on monday.
