I'm not sure you realize this, but if you wanted to make $50 on AAPL, you could have just bought the stock one-and-a-half months ago, and taken a nice nap... never have to trade, never have to watch the stock market... ya know, like all the "idiot longs" did, without having to lift a finger! If you can correctly judge the trends in technology, you can make a lot of money just sitting there doing nothing, instead of rabidly jumping in and out all day long for dimes and nickels while you miss the huge easy obvious move...
