If Q1/98 should result as your "perfect world" prediction suggests it could, then the stock should anticipate it. Was the recent low of $1.00ish the bottom ? Have we seen the first 50% upmove ?

If you scrutinize the chart in minute detail it sure looks like this stock has set in a wonderfully prolonged downward compression from which it might, dare I say, "explode!" I've seen other stocks in almost equally disrespected states going through similar seemingly endless declining oscillations only one day to finally and powerfully breakout to the upside. LSI back in the early ninties comes to mind. It had the advantage of ending its downslope at $5.00 leaving it marginable by most brokerages. It rose from there to a peak of $120.

IMGX attaining $6 and change would be just fine for me. Hopefully reality will follow our desires. Course if the stock dips under $1.00, oh well...

<<I do believe at some point IMGX will go north of 7. At 5x sales(just U.S.) of
40mm, and with 34mm outstanding and growth of 20%, I get $6.90 per share.>>

I wanted to clarify something here. I just got something in the mail to vote on authorizing the total number of shares to increase from 50 million to 100 million (I guess to cover the conversion of preferred shares). Does this mean that there will be 100 million shares? If so, what does this do to the little formula above which is based on 34m (cut it in a third)? I'd appreciate others comments.

Also, did anyone talk about Oracle and the stuff announced recently. Does this mean that IMGX partnership is dead with Oracle?

Thanks,

George
