Ben, re: Old, but interesting.

The artical says...."...Licensees must pay 5% of the wholesale price of a 3G device to the patent owner..." in making their case that Apple is taking advantage of a loophole.

I think the rate is less than 4% now with several new license agreements in place---- thus probably overstating their case.
