Nonsense....I live here and I see what is going on...prices are down...waaaaaay down...sales are sluggish....the commercial market has not hit bottom yet...financing is extremely difficult, foreclosures, residential and commercial, remain high..... I just sold an office tower at auction which was originally financed at $16.4 million. The Bank took it back at half that and the best third party bid was a million dollars less than that....Those kinds of losses are common....and they are not sustainable....
