At $1+ per share right now, the picture is already bad! a further decline in price isn't going to make Cityscape's ability to access the financial markets that much worse. It stinks right now, and they need some help. However, as I have said, IMHO I believe there is a very STRONG financial incenctive for someone to come in and help straighten out Cityscape's problems. If B&S is successful in engineering this, the liquidity issues and dilution issues should subside, and the stock price will rebound. Best of luck to all
