They don't really CARE about that stuff. They just want to be able to get a job for themselves and an education for their kids so they can get a job too. They'd like to be able to buy a house and live a normal happy life.

That makes them more apolitical, or minimally political, than in the center.

A portion of that 60% (or whatever it actually is) is political, and somehow in the center, but many are not. The political center (to the extent it can be defined, such definitions are difficult, and are often made by one side or the other trying to call at least a more moderate version of their agenda "the center") might be bigger than the right or the left, but if so not as much as your post would seem to indicate, and it might actually be smaller.

Those people just want a strong economy and as many opportunities as possible.

That's what many on the left and the right want as well. They just have opposing ideas about how to get there.

About 60% of the Country makes up the SENSIBLE CENTER.

If so then that includes me. If the percentage were half that it would include me.

They don't want to ... spend the next century paying for Obama/PelosiCare. They don't want to have more government and less freedom. Etc.

Those people just want a strong economy and as many opportunities as possible.

Which is exactly why Obama's poll numbers are dropping through the floor.
