I am looking over the contract agreement between Quadrax and Ed Stoltenberg.It states that upon termination without cause Ed will be eligible for continuation of his base salary for 36 months plus immediate vesting of all options.Upon termination for other reasons-base pay for 12 months.$120.000 per year and 30,000 shares.This to a man who could not get a 10Q out on time and was not very efficient in other CFO capacities.Maybe J.Davies is right after all-I think we should search out some way to cut off all his bennies.What do the rest of you loyal QDRX shareholders think?
